Hari came out of the Philadelphia shelter abused and neglected.  She has come a long way since then.  Hari’s foster mom says that she loves to hike and has gotten into great shape. She is friendly to everyone she meets outside the home. Hari is working with a trainer in Rhode Island that is helping her to become more comfortable around strangers who come into the home. Hari is slowly undoing her abusive past. She needs a home willing to continue with her progress and let her move at her own pace. Hari needs a special home that will provide a loving and stable environment.

Hari ended up in an overfull, high kill city shelter in Pennsylvania. She is 7 years old and has been with two different homes. She made both of them money as they forced her to breed. Hari gave them some of the best days of her life and then was just thrown away when they no longer had time for her. Hari has lived with small dogs. Her previous home reported Hari always wanted to play, but they wouldn’t let her because she was much bigger. They also indicated that Hari makes friends quickly with everyone she meets. She loves belly rubs and getting attention from people. Hari is looking for a foster or forever home.
