Velvet is 2 years old and looks like a puppy. She is shy and traumatized from her life in the mill. Velvet is a super sweet girl who is dog and kid friendly. Her last two litters died and she was lucky to be released from breeding at the mill. Velvet needs a home with a nice male dog and a physically fenced in yard. She is currently fostered outside of Philadelphia with three other dogs.
