Meet Toby!!
This 18 month old boy came to rescue with hopes of a better life. Our volunteer was able to convince his owners to surrender him so he could live the life of a cherished family member. We were shocked he was forced to live in such terrible conditions. He is perfect! He loves other dogs,is great on leash, loves all people and is happy and waggy. This boy and his million dollar smile are ready to find their forever home.
