Law enforcement reached out to us for help with this sweet boy. Neighbors had called police after hearing a dog’s cries for several days coming from the vacant house next door. Through the high grass and weeds, officers stumbled upon this helpless boy who was locked in a cage in the sweltering heat. He has now joined rescue and is being fostered near Philadelphia.
