Sheena has arrived in foster care and is slowly learning something she may not have known before: people can be kind. ❤️

Right now, Sheena is scared and unsure of the world around her—but she is making progress every day. Her foster family is patiently and lovingly helping her expand her world, one small step at a time.

Sheena is living with two other dogs and regularly has visits from little people. She is discovering that new experiences don’t have to be scary and that gentle hands, patience, and love can be wonderful things.

Sheena is a sweetheart who needs a special family willing to give her the time and patience she deserves. She doesn’t need someone to rush her—she needs someone who will show her, at her own pace, that life is good and people are kind.

Her journey is just beginning, and we can’t wait to watch this beautiful girl blossom. 🐾❤️

Sheena is looking for a patient, loving forever family ready to help her learn that she is safe, loved, and home.

Sheena was born at a puppy mill and was forced to live in unthinkable conditions. She is extremely terrified and has never known kindness from humans. Sheena has never shown aggression, she is simply riddled with fear.

She needs a patient, kind and understanding home willing to help her navigate life in a safe environment. Another confident male dog is imperative to her rehabilitation.
