Sebastian is a one year old deaf boxer who was removed from his home by a humane officer when his owner was not taking care of him. Sebastian had lived outside on a chain in terrible conditions and was covered in fleas when he arrived at the shelter. Sebastian was also treated for ringworm prior to his transport. Sebastian just arrived at his new foster home where he is living with two other boxers. He is a silly, energetic boy. Sebastian loves everyone that he meets. He especially loves to cuddle with his foster mom. Sebastian is looking for a home with a completely fenced yard and a female dog to help guide him.
