Rosie was found as a stray by the police and brought to the shelter in Manhattan. She is estimated at 13 years of age. Sadly, nobody came looking for Rosie and she was having seizures. The plea went out for help. A wonderful foster home took her in from New York for hospice care. They will give her kindness, love, and comfort. Welcome Rosie, you are now loved.
