Rollie is breaking our hearts. We pulled him from a high kill maximum capacity shelter just in time. He doesn’t know he’s safe. He doesn’t know where he is or who we are. All he knows is that he wants to go home. Rollie is just 18 months old. He is quiet, sweet, timid and doing his best to make sense of all the changes in his life. He needs a foster home to help him.
