Richard was picked up in a rough area of Philly as a stray and brought to the city shelter. No one came looking for Richard. Lucky for him, we stepped up and found a life saving foster when his stray hold was up. Richard is neutered and up to date on shots. He wasn’t a fan of other males dogs. Richard can be an only dog or he can be placed with a female dog if the home knows how to do a proper, slow dog to dog introduction. Richard is around 3-5 years of age and fostered in the Nottingham, PA area.
