Pistachio is a special needs puppy who does not let his impairments slow him down one bit. He has a permanent head tilt that only adds to his adorable factor!! Pistachio has had a full neurological work up and it has been concluded that he may have suffered a brain stem injury within days of his birth. Pistachio has slight visual impairments and he sometimes struggles with balance. This doesn’t affect his happy, playful, and loving nature. Pistachio is a puppy who loves to rough house with his foster boxer brothers and sisters, squeak toys for hours on end, and get into puppy mischief. His impairments will not worsen with age. Pistachio has actually improved tremendously in the few weeks he has been with us in rescue. This little wonder puppy needs a home with another female dog to help show him the ropes, a fenced yard (no electric fences), and a home without stairs or an in-ground pool. Pistachio is a testament to the boxer breed. He spends his days bringing joy to everyone who meets him.
