Meet Phineas. This poor boy was surrendered to rescue due to his owners being evicted from the only home they’ve ever known. Phineas is an 8 year old gentleman with a very sweet disposition. He is a bit shy when meeting new people, as his owners rarely left their home and in turn left Phineas with very little socialization. We feel that he would do best in a quiet home with no other dogs or a laid back female dog. Also, he is great with cats! Phineas will be spending some time with our trainer in order to decompress and learn how to adjust to a normal life in a home. Please apply today to give this boy a new lease on life!
