Peter is doing so well in his short term emergency foster. He absolutely loves the other dogs in the home, both large and small, and is extremely respectful of the cats.  His foster mom, Leslie, has helped him tremendously since he first came into rescue; however, she is only a very short term foster.  We value our volunteers and will never push them beyond their boundaries.  Peter is on antibiotics for the infection that is in the 2 discs in his back. He takes his medication willingly and is such an easy, happy, and loving boy.  Peter is completely house trained and he will politely let you know when he needs to go out.  Peter is all wiggles, all the time. This is the happiest he has ever been in his entire life and it shows.  We cannot put him in boarding – it would break his spirit. He loves being in a home so much.  Please help.💔  Peter is so easy and so good.  Homes must be willing to drive to Brewster, NY where his veterinarians are.
