Max has lived with 4 other dogs and he is used to an invisible fence. Because he and the other male dog started fighting, Max found himself at a crowded shelter in need of rescue. Max is neutered and up to date on shots. He is fostered in Pittsburgh. We will post more as he settles into his foster home.
