Maggo was the sweetest boxer girl and the best companion for eleven years. She is greatly missed and will always be remembered and loved.

Maggo has been enjoying her time in foster with a big brother showing her the ropes! She has developed a love of walking in her neighborhood and people watching from afar. Maggo also loves to get a few zoomies in each day late in the evening before bed – she isn’t much of a morning pup! Maggo is content to be around her humans, but she prefers to stay out of the limelight and fly under the radar.
She is timid, but is also curious and enjoys giving her fenced yard a thorough perimeter check with a diligent sniff investigation!

Maggo is safe in a boarding kennel until we find a flight volunteer to bring her to the US.  She is enjoying the company of other dogs and coming out of her shell.  She has been to the vet, is a healthy young girl and ready for the journey home.  She has waited a long time and we are so excited for her arrival!

Maggo is a petite, young boxer who is 18 months old and was saved from a breeder in Turkey. They were clearly not kind to her. Maggo was skin and bones when she was rescued. She is gaining some much needed weight and is learning that not all humans are bad. Maggo can still struggle with confidence at times. She will tuck her tail between her legs and cower. She currently lives in a pack of 16 other dogs, who are teaching her to be a dog. She wants a fur brother to help continue building her confidence when she arrives at her new home in the United States. Maggo will soon hold her head and tail high with the help of AABR and our flight volunteers.
