Maggie was surrendered to rescue with two other boxers.  She is the mother to the recent litter of puppies in Maryland that we took into rescue in February.  Maggie’s owner was evicted from his home and she was living in a hotel.  Due to a recent change in life circumstances for the family, AABR was able to get all three dogs to safe placements.  Maggie will be spayed as soon as her skin infection clears up.  She is now up to date on all other vet care.  Her foster home indicates that she is very nervous with all the changes.  She is completely housebroken and is working on becoming more comfortable in the car.  She has done well with other dogs and she gets to see Pete frequently, who came from the same home.  Maggie and Pete can be placed together in a new home as a pair.  She can also go into a home with a resident male dog.
