Koozie is a 5 year old spayed boxer who arrived at a shelter in Vermont after her guardian’s health declined.  She was deeply loved in her previous home and the shelter reports that she is one of the sweetest dogs that has come through their doors.  Koozie is friendly, social, affectionate, good with other dogs, and endlessly people oriented.  She has the classic boxer wiggle when moving through the world.  Koozie would do best in a home without cats and she is a bit too rowdy for very young children, but she would be a wonderful match for a household with older kids or adults.  The shelter reached out to AABR for help in finding a family that understand the boxer breed and could help her find a forever home.
