Kelce is a stray to the shelter out of Philadelphia. This adorable boy was picked up by the police along with another dog. He has enjoyed his play dates with the other shelter dogs. Our volunteer spent some time with Kelce yesterday. This guy is sweet and respectful. The shelter vet put him at around a year of age. He will be fully vaccinated before he leaves the shelter. Kelce will be fostered outside of Philadelphia.
