KC has been in his foster home for a month now and he has settled in well. KC is a very easygoing boy who doesn’t require a lot. He lets you know when he needs to go outside and is being trained to ring a bell. KC is learning his new routines – he knows bedtime and KC also goes right in his crate when his foster dad leaves for work. KC does need to lose a few pounds. He gets along great with his foster sister, a female boxer. KC could also be placed as an only dog because he is fairly independent. He would be perfect for a home with a fenced backyard as he does really enjoy being outside and exploring his yard.

KC is an 8 year old boxer boy who is losing his home because his owner is moving to a location where pets are not allowed. His owner indicates that KC is kind to all humans and dogs. He has never been around cats. KC has lived with a female boxer and is good with children of all ages. He is neutered, up to date on all vet care, housebroken, and crate trained. KC knows his basic commands and will also give paw. He is used to being alone during the work day and can either be crated or given free run. KC is also used to having a fenced yard. We are thankful that a foster home in Virginia has agreed to take KC on short notice so he wouldn’t have to go to a shelter when his owner moves. KC will be living with a female boxer and we will post additional updates once he gets settled in.
