Kane has been thriving in his foster home. The swelling from the chain being wrapped around his leg is almost unrecognizable. He is almost at a healthy weight after being starved and has even added some muscle tone. Kane is ready for a home of his own to continue all of the tender loving care his foster family has provided him. He would love a home with a female dog his size, a securely fenced yard, and older children – as loud, quick movements frighten him. Kane’s body and soul are still on the mend.

Please welcome Kane to the safety of our rescue.
Kane was part of  a cruelty case that was sent to our shelter partner down south. His front legs have suffered from being on a chain. He is a sweet, quiet, gentle soul looking for a foster or adoptive home that is willing to welcome him to rest and heal with their love.
