Message for “Name a Dog” donation:
I had to put my boxer down earlier this week following complications from surgery. His name was Jefferson. I got him through Adopt a Boxer Rescue about six years ago. He was the first boxer I had ever owned and now there is no turning back. I fell in love with him and the breed. He was an amazing dog who was by my side for the past six years, no matter what was going on.  I would like his name to live on.

It is our honor to name Jefferson through the Name a Dog donation.  Jefferson comes to us through a surrender with his breeding partners when the breeder died tragically.  He did not have a name, so we were happy to give this 8 year mild mannered boy his first name.
