Hugo has been doing great in his foster home. He has met several new children and adults, and has given kisses to everyone. Hugo also met a Beagle and was very excited to play. He walks well on leash and goes into his crate with no hesitation. Hugo’s foster home has had nothing but positive things to say about him!

Hugo was originally found as a stray. His owner was located, but was unable to claim him because of a housing situation. The shelter reported that he did great with other dogs.  They walked him with both male and female dogs with no problems. After spending a month in the shelter, Hugo was able to be transported to his foster home a few days ago. He has lost some weight in the shelter and Hugo was very happy to get back in a home environment. His foster mom indicates that Hugo is quickly adjusting to their routines.  He is a very sweet boy with people.  Hugo excels at the boxer lean when you are giving him attention.  He is housebroken and knows all of his basic commands.  We will update his page as he continues to settle in.  Hugo is going to be a great boy for a lucky family.
