A few days ago we were alerted to a very sad situation. Harley was living in a car with his owner that suffers from mental illness along with a male pitbull. Their owner, wanting a better life for them, asked for our help.

Well immediately took the two boys in, our sweet friends @ht_hicksville opened their doors for these two boys in need. Their owner is receiving help, Harley’s younger pitbull brother is safe with a rescue, and we are now focusing on Harley.

Harley is missing his family terribly. If there was a way we could have kept them together, we would have done everything to make that happen. Their owner fell on hard times and is in a very fragile state, His wish was for dogs to have a home, stability, love, and a family of their own.

Harley is a robust 8 year old gentleman. We would love to see him in a home of his own where he can be pampered. He used to run, play and wrestle with his pittie brother, so a home with a female that would be up for a few rounds of zoomies and fetch would be amazing for him. He walks great on leash, loves to go for rides in the car, can jump like a gazelle into any SUV, and just longs to be a beloved family member.
