Gracie was dumped by her owner at a popular dumping ground for dogs. She did her best to get by until a local rescuer learned of her existence. She is a tiny, sweet girl who wouldn’t have lasted much longer with the bigger, more street savvy dogs. Gracie is currently in foster care getting much needed TLC. She has excellent manners in the home and will even go to her crate for a midday nap.
