Gracie has arrived at her new foster home in Maryland and she is settling in well. She is a very timid girl who is currently recovering from her spay. Gracie is a petite girl, weighing only 41 lbs. She is learning how to walk on leash and the routines of a home environment. Gracie is doing well with housetraining and has only had one accident. She has been introduced to the resident cats and has been interested, but has shown no aggression. Gracie would do best in a home with a male dog to help with her confidence and a securely fenced yard.

Gracie was surrendered to a shelter with four other boxers after their breeder passed away. She is five years old and is great with other dogs. We do not have any history for Gracie around children or cats. She will be arriving in Maryland this weekend and is looking for a foster or forever home with a male dog.  This may be Gracie’s first experience in a car and in a home environment. We will post more information once she arrives in Maryland and we get to know her better.
