Felicity is still in urgent need of a new foster home.  Both of the veterinarians that she has seen have estimated her age around 3 years.  This sweet girl has sadly not received a single application or inquiry.  Her temporary foster can only hold her a week, but she has reported that Felicity has been an easy, wonderful house guest.  She is sleeping in her crate at night and she has been trustworthy loose when left alone during the day.  Felicity is an easygoing girl who walks great on a leash.  We are trying so hard to keep this wonderful girl out of a boarding kennel, as we don’t want her getting stressed and losing weight.  It took us months to get her weight where it is today after she arrived emaciated into rescue.  Felicity does well with cats and children, but she would just do best in a home as an only dog at this time.  If you can help Felicity, please contact your coordinator as soon as possible or submit an application.  We would love to keep her in a home environment while she waits for her forever family to apply for her!

Felicity has gained weight from the emaciated state she was found in.  She is healthy and doing great in her foster home.  Felicity would love a forever home of her own!  She is wonderful with cats, children, and other dogs.  Felicity can be placed with a male dog or she can also be an only dog in the home.  She is a shadow dog and loves following her foster mom around the house.  She does well in a crate and isn’t bothered at all hanging out in there when left alone.  Felicity has the stubborn streak of the bulldog, but she is also very eager to please.  This adorable girl is going to be a wonderful addition to a lucky family.

Felicity was found as a stray in really poor condition.  She was emaciated and weighed only 34 lbs.  The shelter estimated that Felicity is around 3 years of age.  They noted that Felicity is a sweet and affectionate girl.  She loves treats and she also tries to jump up and give hugs.  Felicity walks nicely on leash and she did well on her shelter dog test.   When our volunteer went to pick her up, we realized that Felicity is likely a bulldog or a bulldog/boxer mix.  She has gained weight and now weighs 40 lbs.  Her foster mom indicates that she is short, but very athletic!  She loves to pull every toy out of the toy box.  Felicity is a confident and talkative girl.  She is in foster with two other boxers and also a cat.   Felicity will be spayed soon and then will be ready for her forever home!
