Diggs was found as a stray with his best friend, Emma. They ended up in an overcrowded city shelter. The pair were posted on a public social media page, but the owner never claimed them. They are now with AABR and thriving in foster care. Diggs and Emma will be fully vetted and adopted as a bonded pair.
