Charlie is a three year old boxer whose owner loved him, but was too old (her words) and couldn’t walk him safely. He lived with two other dogs and loved their company. Charlie is fostered in Lancaster, PA with a female boxer. He will be fully vetted as soon as possible. Charlie is a sweet boy looking for a family with a fenced yard and another female dog.
