Charlie was seen for a year roaming the streets and getting fed by neighbors. Finally a rescuer learned of his existence and alerted us.

Charlie is a wonderful boy. He is phenomenal with the young children and respectful of dogs both large and small. In his foster home, he can be found lounging on the couch, begging for treats and window watching. He has an incredibly loving, gentle aura.
