Celeste has gone to the Rainbow Bridge – it was time to let her go.  She was loved beyond words by all she came in contact with in rescue.  Celeste filled her foster mom with such joy and happiness.  She will now be running pain free and happy.

Celeste is a senior sweetheart that was left for dead at an overcrowded shelter. Celeste is a gentle soul that enjoys watching her foster mom, sitting by the window and watching all the neighborhood business, and going for short leisurely walks. Celeste came into rescue in horrible shape. She has been bred most of her life and is heartworm positive. We are beginning her heartworm treatment with a board certified cardiologist. In the meantime, Celeste is enjoying meatballs and lots of snuggle time in her foster home.
