Amber is a 3 year old female who is living with two other boxers. Due to recent life changes and housing issues, she is being surrendered to rescue and needs a new home. She has not been getting the attention and exercise that she needs. Amber was previously used for breeding, but she is now spayed.  She is reported by her owner to be good with children and other dogs. He also notes that Amber is housebroken and crate trained. Amber would do best in a home without cats.  Due to some anxiety, Amber requires a home with a male dog.  She would also love a fenced yard.  The volunteer that went to meet Amber indicated she was a very friendly and sweet girl. Amber is fostered in Pittsburgh with a Boston Terrier.

7/14 update

Amber, a sweet-tempered girl with a wiggle butt and love to give, is still looking for her forever home.  She is shy at first, but opens up when she becomes accustomed to new people. Amber is crate trained, and she gets along well with the resident male Boston Terrier. Amber needs a  quiet home where she is not left alone all day and is patient while she adjusts. She loves to play so she needs a fur brother and a fenced in yard.
