Knuckles is being returned to rescue to find a better match for his needs. The perfect home for Knuckles would be one with a fully fenced yard and another large dog that appreciates young boxer exuberance. He deserves a home where someone is home to help keep this young boy entertained. Boxer puppies are a labor of love – they require work, consistency, and patience. Knuckles does have a mild heart condition that requires daily medication and yearly monitoring by a cardiologist.

Knuckles was surrendered by an Amish farmer when he could not sell him due to a grade 3 out of 6 heart murmur. Knuckles has seen a cardiologist and has been started on a relatively inexpensive medication to help manage his mild heart condition. He will need to be seen yearly by a cardiologist for monitoring.  Knuckles is a happy, bouncing puppy, with no exercise restrictions or limitations. He is currently partying in foster care with other dogs that appreciate young Boxer boy antics.  The ideal home for Knuckles would have the time, patience and understanding a puppy deserves. He would also love a fenced in yard and he loves to whip around and stretch his lanky puppy legs.
