Zoey has settled in well at her new foster home. She has gained some much needed weight. Zoey loves playing with toys and her favorites are balls and Kong rope toys. She has been very well behaved in her foster home. Zoey loves her fenced yard and enjoys being with her people. This girl has an extremely sweet disposition and is going to be a great match for an only dog home.

5/05/22
After spending a month in our boarding kennel, a volunteer was able to pick up Zoey and Cleo to get them back into a home. Unfortunately, Zoey and Cleo got into several fights with each other and they had to be separated for their safety. They will be going to separate foster homes this week and we will update their page once we learn more about their needs.

3/31/22
Zoey and Cleo lost their home when their owner became ill and went to a nursing home. An out of state family member was able to get them to an animal advocacy group to make sure these girls would be safe. They are in urgent need of a foster home together or separate foster homes with a resident male dog for a companion. They are currently in a temporary placement at a vet’s office while they are being brought up to date on care. We don’t want them sitting in boarding long term, so if you can foster one of these girls – please apply so they can get back into a home. Zoey is estimated to be around 7 years old. She is reported to be good with other dogs, but would do best in a home without cats.
