Echo is a 10 month old boy who was surrendered to rescue along with his sister, Eva (who is adopted), from an overwhelmed backyard breeder. He is a petite boy who is still growing. Echo is sweet, affectionate, playful, and doing his best to deal with all the changes in his life.
