Bo and Pearlita had a home they shared together for 5 years. It wasn’t the best home, but it was theirs. Life threw a curveball at them and now they find themselves with nothing left but each other. They just arrived as a bonded pair and we’re  are so afraid that we wont be able to keep them together. Boarding expenses are getting the best of us. Lately so many dogs have urgently needed to come into rescue and we’ve been forced to put them into boarding just to get them safe.

Perlita and Bo really love each other. Bo licks her face when he sees her starting to stress. They’re both so worried, they are leaning on each other as best they can.

We have to realistic, we realize we may not be able to find a home willing to foster or adopt them both. But we have to. There are almost no homes that are willing to foster or adopt two dogs and we can’t afford to keep them in boarding for very long. Which means we would have to split them up.

If you have other dogs, please know that you will need to have patience and go slow when introducing two dogs to another dog.

Pearlita and Bo have been around other dogs and are friendly.
