Sandy and Sofie were two girls down on their luck at a very crowded shelter when our team member rushed to get them out.  So much love on this freedom ride.  Sandy, the adorable white kissy girl, needs a foster home. She will be arriving to Long Island, New York this weekend and would love to come stay with you until she finds her forever home. Sandy is heartworm positive, which is no big deal. Our veterinarians literally treat hundreds of heartworm positive dogs a month. They will walk you through it every step of the way. Rescue covers the treatment at one of our veterinary partners at no expense to you.
