Richard was pcked up in a rough area of Philly as a stray and brought to the city shelter. No one came looking for Richard . Lucky for him we stepped up and found a life saving foster when his stray hold was us. He is neutered and up to date on shots. Richard wasn’t a fan of other males dogs.
