Charlie was seen for a year roaming the streets and getting fed by neighbors. Finally a rescuer learned of his existence and alerted us.

Charlie is currently in a temporary foster home receiving some much needed overdue vetting. He is phenomenal with the young children in the temporary foster home and female dogs.
