We welcomed Lucky into AABR this weekend when she gained her freedom from a puppy mill. During the transport, she was nervous – but her sweet demeanor still came through. Lucky arrived at her foster home in Maryland, where her boxer brother will be providing confidence and helping her acclimate to a home environment. In only a day, Lucky is starting to give kisses and she is showing some boxer wiggles. Lucky will be scheduled to see our vet soon. She will be brought up to date on all vet care, spayed, and then will be ready for adoption!
