Scarlett lived her life on a chain prior to arriving to rescue. She takes a quick minute to warm up to you but once she does, she quickly turns into a wiggle, kissy machine.
Scarlett is currently in boarding as all of our foster hoe s are full. She would love a foster or adopted home so she can settle in and shower you with love. Scarlett loves pup cups, ice cream, whipped cream and playing with other dogs. She also walks well on leash.
