This super sweet girl is still waiting for her forever home. Lettie is a high energy boxer girl who would do best with a securely fenced yard. She would also love having another young dog in her new home to run and play with.  She loves people and is thriving in foster.  Lettie has left her past neglect behind her.  Her hair has grown back in and she has been brought up to date on vet care.  If you are interested in this friendly, petite, and adorable girl –  apply today for Lettie!

Lettie has been at her foster home for a month now and she is a fantastic girl! She has been spayed and recovered well, although keeping her quiet during the healing was a bit of a challenge. Lettie has a lot of energy, so would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard and with an active family. She is also the best cuddler! Lettie is working on her leash manners, as she gets very excited and wants to say hello to other people and dogs she comes across. Lettie is very dog and human friendly, although she doesn’t have any experience around young children. She gets along great with her foster brother, a male boxer. Lettie’s hair has fully grown back from her previous neglect and she is completely housebroken. She has responded well with all the care and structure from her foster family. This super sweet girl is ready for her family to apply. If you are a match for this adorable, petite girl – apply today for Lettie!

Lettie has arrived at her new foster home in Maryland. Introductions went well with her new foster brother, a male boxer. Lettie is missing hair from her previous living conditions. Even though she has suffered a lot of neglect and trauma, she remains the sweetest girl with people. She will be spayed next week and then will be ready for a forever home.

Lettie and Meeko have suffered neglect and trauma. After being hit by a car, they ended up at a shelter in West Virginia and were in danger of being euthanized. Thankfully, they were transferred quickly to an animal center in Maryland who reached out to us to see if we could help these two. Lettie was tested with other dogs and she was very friendly and playful. She has been brought up to date on vaccines, is being treated for hookworms, and she will need to gain some weight. Lettie will be scheduled to be spayed soon. We will update her page with better pictures and more information once she arrives in foster this weekend.
