Ozzie made his way to rescue because the puppy mill was unable to sell him because of his disability. His hearing impairment may not be such a disability – Ozzie doesn’t have to listen to door bells, fireworks, or loud engines. He is a friendly, happy puppy. Ozzie doesn’t know he’s unique and he has a special eyebrow. He is looking for a home with a securely fenced yard.
